What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising a seasoned and capable rehabilitation team, you will be:
• Providing superb rehabilitation therapy services
• Encouraging your therapists’ professional growth.
• Meeting budgetary & productivity goals
• Monitoring efficacy of treatments
• Reviewing management indicators daily
• Serving as mentor & advisor to therapy team
• Carrying out essential functions, including:
o Providing varied treatment techniques to patients
o Demonstrating effective verbal and written communication skills
o Utilizing effective clinical, problem solving and decision making skills
o Adopting effective time management skills

Requirements:

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Multi-disciplinary rehab management background at a skilled nursing facility
• RI license as a PT, OT or SLP or the ability to attain licensure
